What this site records, why, for how long, and your rights.

Data controller

EURL rhanb, represented by its manager, Jean-Baptiste Aniel (aniel.jeanbaptiste@rhanb.com). No data protection officer is appointed, the appointment not being mandatory for the company's activity.

What is recorded

  • Answers to forms (contact, procedures), kept in the back office for the demonstration and erased every night by the site reset.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: an address and interests, with no actual sending, erased every night.
  • The councillors' area session: a technical session cookie, necessary for the service.
  • The server's technical logs, kept 7 days for security.

Audience measurement

The site counts its own page views, server-side: a number per page and per day. It sets no cookie, assigns no identifier to the visitor, records neither IP address nor browser fingerprint.

This count processes no personal data: it requires no consent. The figures are public on the statistics page.

Cookies

No advertising or third-party cookie. The light or dark theme you choose is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. The councillors' area and the back office set a strictly necessary session cookie.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of data concerning you by writing to the address above, and refer the matter to the CNIL if you believe your rights are not respected.
